We offer a wide range of primary care services to keep you and your family healthy.

  • Annual Physicals & Wellness Exams (Ages 8+)
  • Chronic Care Management (Hypertension, Diabetes Type II, Hypothyroidism, Asthma, etc. - Established Patients)
  • Sick Visits (Ages 2+) for conditions like: Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye), Ear Infections, Sinus Infections, Strep Throat, Flu, COVID-19 (Testing & Treatment), Upper Respiratory Infections, Gastroenteritis, UTIs, Vaginal Yeast Infections, Dental Infections (Initial Assessment/Antibiotics), Constipation
  • Skin Conditions (Rashes, Eczema, Fungal, Poison Ivy/Oak, Scabies, Shingles, Styes, Head Lice)
  • Minor Laceration Care (Assessment & Simple Repair)
  • Simple Skin Tag Removal & Wart Removal (Cryotherapy)
  • Cerumen (Earwax) Removal
  • Birth Control Management (Incl. Depo-Provera Injections)
  • Pregnancy Evaluation
  • Vitamin B-12 Injections

Specialty Examinations

  • Veteran Compensation & Pension (C&P) Exams: Expert examinations for VA disability claims.
  • RHRP Exams: For U.S. Service Members.
  • DOT Physicals: Certified FMCSA exams ($120*), Follow-ups ($35*).
  • Pre-Employment / College Physicals: ($100*).
  • Sports & Camp Physicals: ($60*).

*Insurance typically does not cover these specific physicals. Payment is due at the time of service. Most HSA cards are accepted.


Telehealth Services

Convenient telehealth appointments are available for select services for established patients during our normal business hours. New patients require an initial in-office visit. Please call to inquire if telehealth is suitable for your needs.

Verification Required: Insurance networks can change. It is the patient's responsibility to verify with their insurance provider that Jenks Family Medicine is in-network with their specific plan before scheduling.

Self-Pay: Our self-pay fee schedule is available upon request. Please call for details.


Important Policies

  • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Lab Fees: Additional fees from external labs (Quest, LabCorp) may apply for bloodwork. Jenks Family Medicine is not responsible for determining insurance coverage for these external lab costs.
  • Narcotic Prescriptions: For patient safety, we do not prescribe narcotic medications. We are happy to provide referrals to appropriate specialists for pain management or other specific needs.
